Tonight I passed the store I used to stop at without going in. It sounds small, but it felt big in my body. I came home, made tea, and let that be enough.
I had a wavering morning and reached out instead of disappearing. I'm grateful this space keeps reminding me I don't have to do the hard part alone.
Small win: I cleaned my kitchen, opened the windows, and noticed how calm can start with one tiny caring choice.
